Bartola River, Nicaragua

Bartola River, Nicaragua. From a canoe.

Difficult but worthwhile to sweep the overhanging branches. A great nature-seeing boat trip, all sorts of monkeys, birds, lizards, turtles, but mostly lots of insects. Many different dragonflies and Heliconiid butterflies around.
