Larvae of Pandorus Sphinx Moth, Eumorpha pandorus.
July 20, 2001. Found on Virginia Creeper Vine in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Every year I find anywhere from three to five these beautiful insects. They are few and far between but when I find them I enjoy rearing them.
